Slipring/clockspring/wikkelveer opnieuw centreren

Ik lees verschillende benamingen voor dit onderdeel maar ik zal het bij slipring houden.

Ik wil graag weten of iemand een methode kent om deze ring opnieuw te centreren. Ik heb een 2e hands cruisecontrol stick gekocht met daaraan een slipring maar deze zat niet vastgetaped. Dus nu weet ik niet wat de center positie is.

Step 6:
The last step is to install the clock spring. Make sure the wheels are pointed straight forward before you remove the old clock spring.
- Find the center position of the clock spring. You can do this by turning the clock spring all the way to the left and stop as soon as you feel slight resistance.
- Then turn it all the way to the right and count the total turns.
- Let's say you get 6 full turns. Now dive the number of turns by two.
- Spin the clock spring three turns back and you should be in the center.

To install:
• Set the front wheels straight ahead.
• Turn the clock spring clockwise until it stops.
• Turn the clock spring counterclockwise 2.75 turns.
• Align the mark on the clock spring with the mark on the outer housing.

Heeft iemand nog een trucje hiervoor hoe ik dit het gemakkelijkst kan doen? Is er misschien in VCDS een optie om de positie van de slipring te bekijken?

Ik heb mijn oude stalk nog wel(zonder cruisecontrol) maar ik weet niet of ik die 1 op 1 zo over kan zetten. Ik wil het eerst proberen met de slipring die nu al bij de cruisecontrol stalks zit.

Je kan via de meetwaardes uitlezen of de ring goed zit(aantal graden)
Dit moet je doen bij de parameters van de airbag of van je stuurbekrachtinging

Ik ben niet echt bekend met vcds,
Bij de programmas van de dealer weet ik dit wel.
Ik heb zelf eobd eleven, maar dan moet ik echt gaan zoeken helaas
